October 19, 2024 North Carolina Concealed Carry

This course entails classroom instruction and a short live-fire range qualification. Upon completion of the course students will be issued a certificate of completion which is required to obtain a North Carolina Concealed Carry Permit. Class sizes are limited to 10 students to maintain a low student to instructor ratio while live-firing at the range, as well as to ensure an optimal learning environment. You may bring and use your own pistol, or use one of ours at no additional cost. No magnums or calibers larger than .45 ACP please.

Classes are available for private groups upon request with a minimum of five students.

The classroom portion of this course will be held at:

The range portion of this course is held less than 10 minutes away.

*Pizza lunch is provided.

 Requirements:

⊗  Participants must be able to safely load and unload their own firearm.

⊗  Participants must be a minimum age of 20 years old on the date of the course.

⊗  You must be free from any Felony conviction at any point in your life, and not otherwise legally prohibited from possessing a firearm. (If you are not sure, please contact us in advance)

Safety Reminders:

⊗  Live ammunition is strictly prohibited in the classroom. You may bring your fully unloaded and safe firearm into the classroom, but please let the instructor know prior to entering. No magnums or calibers larger than .45 ACP please.

⊗ Ear and eye protection are required .

⊗ This course is specifically designed to meet the state’s requirements for obtaining a concealed carry permit and is not a basic pistol course. If you are not confident in your ability to safely handle, load and unload, and live fire a pistol, please consider attending one of our NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting or our NRA Women on Target courses prior to attending the Concealed Carry course.

⊗ All participants must sign this waiver. You are encouraged to print it off and bring it with you to class already filled out.

Notice of Cancellation Policy:

PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Payment for this course is due at the time of registration.

Reschedules:

Emergency reschedules are only made at the discretion of Right 2 A Defense. In the case of an emergency reschedule, your payment will be credited to the future class date of your choosing. NO SHOWS forfeit all payment.
